Overview

A wrapping list of Chips with a space-2 gap, built as a real ul so a screen reader announces the count.

Usage

• Pass label ("Topics") so the list has a name. Pass items with external: true for links that open a new page. An item without an href is a plain tag, and a list may mix both.
• Use it for a post's topics or a talk's tags.
